A
Stitch In Time
Saves Nine
St. Anthony's
Medical Center and Chriss Ann Bowman
are happy to offer you another 6 months of
"A Stitch In Time"
Searching high and low for inner peace?
Making time for one's Self through the simplest of stillness
activities can change how you experience your life.
Please join us or pass this invitation along to others. I will
be hosting this unique program at St. Anthony's for the next six
months. This program is bringing women together to make new
friends, and learn how to reduce stress and relax body & mind.
The group is learning how stitching and handwork activities
connect body, mind & spirit. So, bring your mending and come
join us. The second hour of A Stitch In Time is dedicated to a
special presentation of tips for greater wellness and inner
peace.
You are welcome to bring any type of handwork project, or none
at all - just come, connect and learn.
Need ideas or help choosing a project to bring to group? Call
Chriss @ 314-221-9777.
Bring along your needlework, knitting or embroidery project that
you are working on and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the
fellowship of other women cancer survivors.
What's new this year?
Chriss will deliver an informative presentation on a wide
variety of topics to enhance wellness and well- being in each
session.
"A Stitch In Time" is a free program developed for women cancer
